Ral pork loin with porcini mushrooms

If you want to surprise your guests with an exquisite recipe that’s easy to make, try this pork loin dish with porcini mushrooms. Delicious and fast.

1 Ral pork tenderloin
1 onion
250 g porcini mushrooms
200 ml cream



  1. Season the pork tenderloin.
  2. Brown the whole pork tenderloin in a pan and remove when finished.
  3. Chop the onion and mushrooms into small pieces.
  4. Sauté the onion.
  5. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms with a splash of brandy.
  6. Let the alcohol of the brandy evaporate.
  7. Add the cream to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Cut the tenderloin into slices about the width of two fingers.
  10. Brown again in a pan to create a crusty layer.
  11. To serve, place one or two pieces of tenderloin on a plate and drizzle the
  12. sauce over the top.
