The TV3 program "Collita pròpia" aims to give value to the heritage of local products and the work in the production of food in Catalonia.
Last Wednesday, June 25, the “Matadero Avinyó” appeared in one of the episodes of the series as an example of a company that handles the whole process themselves starting with their own Ral (exclusive genetic pigs of “Matadero Avinyó”) pig farms to the commercialization of the various products of the pig. In the report, they described the excellent properties of the pig and the features of specific parts of the pig that help to achieve a varied and healthy diet at the same time.
